Recent Incident
This danger was highlighted on 22 December in Mumbai, where an unnoticed LPG leak in a residential room ignited when a light switch was turned on, causing a fire that injured multiple residents, including elderly individuals. The gas had accumulated overnight, demonstrating how quickly everyday household situations can turn into emergencies when early detection and proper awareness are lacking.
